Celient Project Background
SADAR provide serval center to get in touch with drug abuser. The project group ultimate goal is to reach more drug abuser, by operating the objective of providing a holistic user experience design for outreach program.
Needs of increase awareness
Most respondents urged stronger government drug education, citing youths' vulnerability to peer pressure and lack of awareness. While some criticized current campaigns as ineffective, many stressed treating drug users as people needing help, not criminals.
